strength are vital.
3. Technical Riding Ability: The ability to tackle difficult inclines, rocks, and tight terrain.
4. Mental Resilience: Maintaining focus, pushing through fatigue, and making quick decisions
under pressure.
5. Equipment:
o Enduro Bike: A lightweight, well-maintained two-stroke bike is recommended.
Proper suspension and tires are essential.
o Protective Gear: Helmet, goggles, boots, knee braces, and optional body armor.
o Repair Tools: tool kits, and spares to handle unforeseen issues on the course.
